It seems like Viimsi actually calls out to one to exercise because the cycle and pedestrian tracks offer beautiful views and are also ideal for cycling, rollerblading and running.
Located across the street from the Tallinn Viimsi Spa are illuminated running tracks and a skiing trail in winter. The Viimsi Adventure Park can also be found there.
Opening next to Tallinn Viimsi Spa in August 2015 is an interactive discovery centre – Atlantis H20 Aquapark.
Viimsi Adventure Park
The Viimsi Adventure Park is unique in terms of its location and structures, located on the terraced cliff terrain of the Haabneeme Landscape Protection Area. The climbing games, comprised of the park’s various elements, are connected by grandiose brick structures, which together form a total physical and mental challenge for those tacking the trail.
There are 5 trails of varying heights and levels of difficulty in the park, 42 bridges or attractions, including rapid descents along zip-lines and climbing wall elements on the wall of the historic fuel tank, riding a BMX bike in the air. Plus a long ride in the air and a freefall jump.

Viimsi Tennis Centre
The Viimsi Tennis Centre is a convenient and modern fitness centre, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy badminton and table tennis, in addition to tennis on three carpet surface tennis courts. The above are all available under the watchful eyes of experienced trainers. The biggest school in the Viimsi Tennis Centre is the Fredi Vöörman Tennis Academy, offering instruction to adults as well as children. The academy accepts new members year-round.

Jõelähtme Golf
At Jõelähtme, golfers can enjoy the 18-hole championship-style Sea Course, which provides surprises with its incredible views and leaves players speechless with the spectacular sea views, all relatively close to the start of the course, at signature hole number 3. The wind and water play an important part at the Sea Course.

Horseback riding
The Lagedi Equestrian Academy is a convenient 20 minute car ride from Viimsi, where horseback riding may be enjoyed throughout the year. In addition to horseback riding and private horseback riding lessons, it is also possible to order private cross-country, show-jumping and dressage.
