BODYCOMBAT® training programme combines different martial arts (karate, boxing, taekwondo, etc.), the movements and kicks of which have been combined for a 1-hour energetic cardio training with music. Come, enjoy yourself and burn plenty of calories!
ZUMBA® is an emotional fitness programme with dance elements. Every dance is built on three or four main movements that can be easily followed and to which different dance and fitness elements will be added. A 1-hour ZUMBA training includes the elements of almost all well-known and marginal Latin American dances as well as belly dance, hip hop, tango, etc. The training consists of 10-15 dance music pieces, where fast and slower rhythms alternate. At the same time, aerobics elements that enhance muscular strength will be added. The participant can either perform these elements or leave them out and continue with the dance moves only. ZUMBA® suits for EVERYBODY, even for those who have never had any contact with dancing or aerobics. The structure of dances is simple and you do not have to burden your head too much about remembering the steps. DanceStep is a advanced step aerobics class with dance elements. Stepping on and off a special bench by using different step combinations enables to give the participants a very good load. The training is emotional and with dance elements and perfect for developing coordination. As an effective cardio training, DanceStep uses many calories and gives excellent shape to thighs, bottom and shanks.
Spinning or indoor cycling is a group training performed with music and under the supervision of a trainer. The training is performed on a specific bike, where the height of saddle, handlebar as well as training load can be adjusted. The music dictates the riding pace, the load can be adjusted according to personal preference. The training starts with a high-speed warm-up at the most lower load. Later the load will be increased and different riding positions will be used. In case of interval training, the low and high load riding alternates, being especially effective for training heart muscles. It is suitable for everybody, including for those suffering from overweight (the training is performed in a sitting position, it does not put much weight on joints). It is especially suitable for men, because it does not require much coordination, but enables to train with very high load.

Water aerobics training is performed in chest-deep water, where it is important that you can have a good control over your body position. Training load is divided to all muscle groups. Most of the trainings take place in water that deep. By using the special features of water environment, the participant can get a totally different experience of bodily activeness. When moving in the water, the aim is to get as much resistance from water as possible and thus give the organism a bigger load. The pulse is lower in water, which enables to train with more power and still stay in aerobic training phase. All muscles get the training load, whereas the joints will not receive any concussions or stretching.
