PHYSIOPILATES
This training is like a “visit to a physiotherapist.” The class consists of physiotherapy exercises that teach you how to manage minor physical problems on your own. The training focuses on back, hip, shoulder girdle, and knee problems.
CALMING YOGA
A peaceful yoga session that helps to release tension and restore inner balance. Slow, mindful movements and deep breathing bring serenity to the mind and softness to the body. Suitable for anyone who wishes to pause for a moment, relax, and experience peace from within.
BODYBALANCE® is the concept training of body and mind, where different movements and exercises are being made in the rhythm of peaceful and relaxing music, which has been developed by the best yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates specialists of the field. The class improves the posture, strengthens muscles and releases muscular tension and stress. Additionally, BODYBALANCE class enhances coordination, balance and the ability to concentrate. The class also teaches the correct breathing technique.
Power Pilates is a training that offers greater physical challenges, it is more intensive compared to ordinary Pilates. Pilates is the complete harmony of body, mind and disposition. The training is based on Joseph Pilates’ technique, the three main aims of which are: to train weak muscles; to improve the quality of movement; to study correct breathing. It is an integral complex of exercises, which develops both body and mind, enhances coordination and concentration. Pilates helps to acknowledge one’s body position and movement, makes us more active and strong, invigorates metabolism and gives energy. The peculiarity of Pilates method is that most of the exercises are performed in a lying position. Pilates is suitable for both men and women.
SAUNA YOGA® is practised seated on sauna bench in a mild temperature of 50°C. A sequence of simple, yoga-based poses and the quietness of the sauna pamper the body and the mind and make way for a thoroughly relaxing experience. The combination of the mild heat and gentle yoga poses relieve tension in the body and calm the mind. A Sauna Yoga sequence is a 30-minute exercise that consists of six poses. The poses strengthen the middle and lower body muscles, increase the flexibility of the spine and the hips and stretch the gluteal and upper body muscles. In addition, Sauna Yoga increases metabolism, reduces stress and facilitates the onset of sleep. Sauna Yoga is suitable for everyone regardless of age, size, gender or level of fitness and requires no previous yoga training experience.

BodyTone
BodyTone is a full-body workout that combines the development of muscle strength, endurance, and body control. In this training, we use both body weight and small equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands). The class is suitable for participants of different levels, as the exercises can be adjusted according to individual abilities.Butt lift – thighs and hips exercise, which aims on forming a beautiful legs and buttocks. It’s inspired by Brazilian women’s famous body shape, hence the workout’s cool name! This training uses dumbbells, elastic ribbons and discs.
BODYPUMP® is a training programme for enhancing muscular endurance and it consists of effective power exercises. Different weights (bar, discs, dumb-bells) are being used, thus every participant can adjust the load according to their discretion. Perfect for changing the body composition. Quickly enhances muscular strength and decreases fat percentage. Suits for everybody – beginners, men and women.
Abs-back-hips muscle training is mainly focused on the back, abdomen, and hips, by some extent including other muscle groups. Class starts with the warm-up. During the training we work the major muscle groups, first and foremost focusing on improving the muscle tone. Training ends with stretching.
CrossTraining in Gym
An efficient full-body workout where we move from one exercise station to another. Both strength and endurance are trained using various gym equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels.
MindYourBody
A fast-paced full-body workout focusing on the versatile training of different muscle groups. We use various aids such as dumbbells, weight plates, resistance bands, ankle weights, and a step bench. This training is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants, as the trainer helps to adapt the exercises to your ability level. We finish the training with a relaxing stretching sequence that helps the muscles recover and provides a calming moment before continuing your day.

Step
Step combines cardio and strength training into a single session! A set of simple choreography and strength exercises moderately raises your heart rate, making the workout effective for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. The key piece of equipment used in the class is a step bench, which has been a hit in gyms for decades.
BODYJAM®
BODYJAM® is a 55-minute calorie-burning dance cardio workout that keeps both your body and mind fit. It offers dance enthusiasts exciting movement combinations, the latest dance styles, and the hottest tracks. The workout increases aerobic endurance, improves coordination, burns significant calories, and provides a positive energy boost. BODYJAM® classes are part of the Les Mills system, where the same routine is learned over a period of 3 months. BODYJAM® is suitable for both beginner and advanced dance lovers.
LES MILLS BODYATTACK
A high-energy cardio workout that combines aerobic movements with strength and endurance exercises. The class improves cardiovascular endurance, burns calories, and develops speed and coordination. If you’re looking for a more intense workout, this session is just for you.
LES MILLS DANCE
A modern dance workout that combines simple and energetic movements from different dance styles. The class improves coordination, burns calories, and provides a fun and motivating workout experience.
HIIT & Strength
This workout consists of five 6-minute blocks alternating between heart rate-boosting exercises and strength training. It is suitable for participants of all fitness levels as the exercises can be performed at your own pace. The class ends with a stretching session.
