Viimsi SPA hotel rules and regulations
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is possible upon prior arrangement.
At hotel check-in, an identification document must be presented, from which the administrator has the right to make a copy. An identity document is considered to be:
The accommodated person is required to fill in a registration card to register at the hotel. All registration cards must be filled in legibly and signed by the hotel visitor. The hotel may refuse a visitor who does not fill out the registration form correctly.
Check-out from the hotel no later than 12:00 PM.
Late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement. Late check-out lasts until 4:00 PM. An additional fee of 10 euros per hour will be charged for each additional hour after 12:00 PM.
At hotel check-out, the room key must be returned and payment made for all services used. A penalty fee will be charged for key loss or non-return according to the price list.
The hotel does not register individuals who violate public order or whose behavior may disturb other hotel guests.
At hotel check-in, payment must be made for the cost of the accommodation service according to the invoice provided. Payment for hotel services used during the accommodation period must be made no later than upon departure from the hotel. Our hotel accepts all major international credit and debit cards. The hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency, checks, or less common credit and debit cards.
The reservation is guaranteed until 6:00 PM. In case of late arrival, please inform the hotel reception, tel: +372 606 1000.
Additional fee for an extra person
Room rates apply to one to four people, depending on the room type. An additional fee must be paid for an extra person according to the price list. All guests who are not registered as hotel guests must leave no later than 11:00 PM or register themselves as hotel guests. Up to two people in addition to registered clients are allowed to stay in the hotel room.
Accommodation for a child up to 2 years old with parents is free. A baby cot can be used if desired. A baby cot is free for a child up to 2 years old.
An additional fee applies for a child aged 3-15. If desired, an extra bed can be provided.
Accommodation of a minor client
A person who is at least 16 years old can stay in the hotel by themselves. A guardian’s consent is required for overnight stays by email or in another written form. The guarantee letter must include the minor’s name, date of birth, arrival and departure times. The letter must be provided with the guardian’s name and contact information. Accommodation of minors is prohibited without fulfilling the above requirements. The parents’ contact information will be added to the reservation. The minor will fill in the registration card in the usual way upon check-in. The hotel and staff are not responsible for the minor staying at the hotel. A person under the age of 16 may stay at our hotel only accompanied by an adult.
A buffet-style breakfast is served in the buffet-restaurant on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The hotel follows a smoke-free policy. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Customers who smoke in areas where it is not allowed will be fined. The fine for smoking in a non-designated area is 65 euros.
Pets in our hotel
In Viimsi SPA, Meresuu SPA and Grand Rose SPA hotels, you are always welcome to vacation with your pet! Pets are allowed only with prior agreement with the hotel, please let us know when making the reservation. There is an extra charge of 30 € per night for a pet, regardless of the size or weight of the furry friend.
- Additional fees and rules apply to pet owners in accordance with the laws governing animal husbandry, and the owner is responsible for damage caused by the pet (both material and health damage).
- The pet is always under the supervision and responsibility of the owner in the hotel territory.
- We ask that pets be kept on a leash at all times on the hotel grounds.
- The owner of the pet is responsible for the cleanliness of his four-legged friend in the hotel and makes sure that he does not disturb other guests.
- The owner of the pet bears compensation for damages caused by his ward, including an additional fee if the room needs extensive cleaning (including dry cleaning) after departure.
- Pets may not stay in catering rooms or areas where they are not safe (slippery surfaces, steep slopes, risk of drowning, etc.).
Use of the hotel parking lot
The parking lot at the hotel is allowed to be used only by customers staying at the hotel or their guests during their stay at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to move other people’s cars or cars that pose a danger to people, property or the environment. The parking area is equipped with surveillance cameras, but the hotel is not responsible for the cars left in the parking lot and their contents.
Monitoring of public order
The hotel complies with all requirements regarding public order, keeping the peace and preventing pollution. In the event of a violation of public order, the hotel will involve security personnel or call the police, if necessary. For violating the peace of fellow citizens, there is a fine of 50 to 100 euros for each challenge, depending on the level of the violation, to compensate for the damage caused.
Night rest at the hotel
Quiet hours at the hotel start at 23:00 and last until 06:00. Violation of the night’s peace means disturbing other persons with sound, light, mechanical, electronic, etc. means. In order to compensate for the damage caused, a fine of 50 to 100 euros is imposed for each challenge, depending on the level of the violation.
Customer’s responsibility in case of damage
As our guest, you assume the responsibility and obligation to follow the established rules. You are responsible for intentional or unintentional damage that you or your guest may have caused in the hotel room or in the common areas of the hotel. The hotel has the right to demand compensation for material damage caused by the customer. The amount of damage compensation is based on the direct damage caused, plus the costs associated with damage elimination.
Good manners and customs
We expect our customers to follow the rules established by society, good behavior practices and hotel rules. Shaving, using body scrubs and coloring hair and other similar activities are not allowed in common areas. In case of violation of the rules, the client may be fined in the same way as breach of peace, and if necessary, the client may also be asked to leave the hotel and its territory. In case of departure, the customer is still obliged to pay for the booked accommodation and ordered additional services.
Hotel responsibility and security
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or destruction of personal belongings left unattended by the customer. There is video surveillance in the hotel’s common areas and parking lot. If necessary, a security company will help ensure order in the hotel. The keys issued by the hotel (physical and electronic) are not allowed to be given to third parties.
Settlement of Claims
The complaint must be submitted immediately, but no later than within two weeks from the discovery of the deficiency. In the event that the service does not comply with the requirements or deficiencies, please send a claim to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, where the petitioner’s name, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the claim are indicated. In order to resolve the claims, the petitioner must keep purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) that prove the circumstances of the complaint. Without a supporting document, the hotel may leave the problem unresolved.
All claims will be reviewed and the claimant will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the claim.
